About Us
We've Been Making Restorations for the Bronx Since 2012
There’s a version of this page that reads like a mission statement. Words like “commitment to excellence” and “passion for craftsmanship.” We could write that version. We chose not to.
Instead, here’s what’s actually true about OmniWorks Dental Laboratory and why we think it matters to you.
How OmniWorks Started?
OmniWorks was founded in the Bronx by people who had spent years in dental laboratories and kept running into the same problem: labs that moved fast, used adequate materials, and shipped work that was close enough.
Dentists accepted it because they assumed it was just how the industry worked. Patients lived with adjustments and remakes and restorations that never quite felt right because they didn’t know the alternative.
We knew the alternative existed. We’d seen what happened when you took the time to do things properly, when you used the right materials, finished the work by hand, and communicated clearly with the dentist from the start.
So we started OmniWorks Dental Laboratory to do things that way, in the Bronx, for Bronx dentists and their patients. That was over a decade ago. The approach hasn’t changed.
What We Believe About Dental Lab Work?
Most people think about the dentist when they think about dental care. That makes sense the dentist is who they see. But the restoration the dentist puts in their mouth? That came from a lab.
A technician chose the material, designed the fit, finished the surface, and decided whether it met a high standard or just cleared the bar for shipping.
We believe that person carries real responsibility because what they make goes into someone’s mouth, affects how that person eats, speaks, and smiles, and will be there every day for years.
That belief shapes how we work. It’s why we hand-finish restorations, use premium materials, and communicate directly with dentists whenever a case needs attention.
The People Behind OmniWorks
Our technicians have spent years, most of them over a decade, building dental restorations. They’ve made thousands of crowns, full denture cases, implant restorations, and veneers.
They know the materials. They know what a well-fitting crown feels like before it goes in the mouth. They know the difference between a veneer that looks natural and one that doesn’t.
We don’t hire for speed. We hire for care.
Working With Dentists Across New York City
Most of our relationships with dental practices started the same way: a dentist tried us on one case, the case came back right, and they started sending us more.
We work with:
- Solo practitioners in the Bronx
- Multi-location New York City practices
- Prosthodontists
- Oral surgeons
- Orthodontists
We use digital scanning, CAD/CAM technology, and real-time case tracking to support accurate and efficient workflows.
