If your scan has a void at the gingival margin, we will contact you before we mill anything. If your shade description is ambiguous given the reference photos you submitted, we ask. If you specified e.max and your preparation is undersized for the minimum e.max thickness, we flag it.

Standard turnaround for a single crown is 7–10 business days from confirmed scan receipt. Three-unit bridges are 10–14 business days. Rush fabrication is available on most cases. Contact us before submitting a rush case to confirm feasibility and turnaround time for your specific case type.
We accept digital scan files from iTero, 3Shape TRIOS, Planmeca Emerald, and Carestream CS 3600. Physical impressions are accepted via courier or in-person drop-off.
